They have finally agreed to the fact that the earlier studies on saturated fatty acids have been proven wrong.All the research and studies conducted till this date failed to prove that saturated is indeed bad.And it was a failed attempt by the doctors and other health professionals to prove that saturated fatty acids contributed to health problems. The major drawback in such studies were that they failed to differentiate between the artificial and processed trans fat from the healthy and natural saturated fat and mistakenly laid the blame on saturated fats.

Research has unraveled that tribal natives from different tropical parts of the world ate an unbelievable proportions of food containing saturated fat for many generations without getting any disease whatsoever. But  these same tribes, when moved away from their natural habitat due to social and economic factors, and adopted lethargic lifestyle and ate junk food rich in unhealthy trans fats, heart diseases started becoming common in them.So now scientists have discovered that saturated fat is not responsible for heart diseases at all, but it is the modern day life style along with high intake of trans fats which are.
